Cameron-Cole GHG Verification and Assurance Services

ADEC Innovation’s Cameron-Cole division is an ANAB-Accredited GHG Verification Body. Its GHG Verification and Assurance services provide independent verification of organizational GHG inventories and emissions disclosures, offering limited and reasonable assurance for Scope 1 and 2 data. The service assesses the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and transparency of emissions data against established GHG accounting principles and applicable protocols, including evaluation of methodologies, data collection processes, and internal controls. It uses a risk-based approach involving document review, data validation, recalculation of emissions, and, where applicable, site visits. The scope may also include assurance of related environmental metrics such as energy, water, waste, and emissions intensity. Pre-verification audits are available to identify errors, gaps, and improvement areas prior to formal assurance. The service results in a verification or assurance statement to support regulatory compliance, voluntary disclosures, and emissions management.
