Braintrust is an active observability platform for AI agents that lets engineering teams trace agent behavior in production, run automated and human evaluations to score quality, and automatically surface patterns and regressions across production data. It's used by mid-to-large technology companies and startups, sitting in the post-deployment layer of the AI stack, and it's framework agnostic so it plugs into existing agent stacks rather than replacing them.
