Cadence Reality Digital Twin Platform is Cadence Design Systems' AI-driven data center digital twin solution, formerly the Future Facilities 6SigmaDCX product line acquired by Cadence in 2022. The platform combines a calibrated digital twin model with a powerful computational fluid dynamics (CFD) solver to enable physics-based simulation of data center power, cooling, capacity and IT placement decisions. The offering consists of Cadence Reality DC Design (for engineers designing new data centers) and Cadence Reality DC Insight (a web-based portal for IT and facilities teams collaborating on operational optimization), supported by the Cadence Reality DC Elements library of nearly 14,000 digital component replicas from 750+ data center equipment manufacturers.
