Chemrade

Chemrade is a chemical exposure management platform that helps organizations identify, assess, manage and control risks related to hazardous substances in the workplace. The solution translates complex chemical legislation, substance information and exposure assessment methodologies into practical, guided software workflows. This enables both non-specialist users and experts to perform structured chemical risk management in a consistent, scalable and compliant way. At the core of the platform is a structured register of hazardous substances. Chemrade enables organizations to build and maintain SDS registers at site, multi-site or enterprise level, replacing fragmented spreadsheets and outdated substance lists with one centralized source of information. The platform is supported by a managed substance database containing more than 8,000 substances, providing reliable substance data, health hazard information and occupational exposure limits. OELs can be organized hierarchically by country, region or corporate standard, allowing organizations to manage different jurisdictions and internal requirements within one platform. Chemrade supports assurance, governance and continuous improvement. The platform offers reporting and archiving capabilities, as well as API and XML options to support management-level and integration with other systems. Multiple users and roles can be configured, enabling organizations to distribute workload and reduce dependency on a single expert.
