CoStar Suite is the company's flagship commercial real estate research and intelligence platform, sold primarily as a SaaS subscription to brokers, investors, lenders, and appraisers. It provides access to detailed property data, market analytics, comparable sales, tenant information, and geospatial mapping tools — all designed to help CRE professionals make informed decisions. Specifically, it includes data on property inventory across office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and hospitality; lease transaction data; commercial sales comps; tenant portfolio information; and market and submarket trend reporting. Users can also access debt and lender data, set custom alerts, and export data for external analysis.
