AMS Machine Works is Emerson’s condition monitoring and asset health management software for rotating equipment, designed to unify data from across its AMS machinery health portfolio into a single platform. The application ingests vibration and diagnostic data from wireless sensors, portable analyzers and online monitoring systems, applying advanced analytics and AI-enabled techniques to help users detect, diagnose and resolve mechanical issues before they impact production. It provides a centralized “single pane of glass” view of asset health, supporting predictive maintenance workflows and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making for reliability teams.
