SDS-FullService

SDS-FullService is a cloud SaaS platform that builds a structured, searchable archive from the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) a company receives from its suppliers, and keeps it current. Benefits Data entry: data is automatically extracted from SDS PDFs into a searchable repository indexed by CAS number, H-phrases, hazard classes, pictograms and other extracted fields. EHS approvals: configurable approval workflow, set up during implementation, with audit trail and version history. Supplier collaboration: requests to suppliers and manufacturers are tracked with status and history; nonconformities found in an SDS are reported to the supplier; declarations of conformity on the products supplied are collected in structured form. SDS retrieval: missing or superseded SDS are identified and requested until filed, in-house or delegated to Every Software Solutions. Start-up services: archive assessment, data cleaning and onboarding. Shop-floor access: SDS-Viewer gives all personnel browser-based access on desktop, mobile and kiosk mode. Risk monitoring: MRSL and regulatory watchlist screening (REACH/CLP, POPs, California Prop 65 and private lists) at substance and mixture level, with alerts and reports. Integrations: SSO and REST API/Web Services for bidirectional sync with company systems; multilingual interface, 24/7 availability. Customer delivery: SDS-Delivery dispatches SDS with reminders and proof of receipt, supporting EU REACH Art. 31 and 36; usable with the archive or on its own.
