Genetec Mission Control is Genetec's collaborative decision management system (DMS), built on the Security Center unified platform to help security teams understand unfolding events and identify the best course of action. The solution analyses events from connected systems to detect patterns that signal real threats, filtering out false positives and qualifying incidents so operators can focus on meaningful events. Customisable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) guide operators through automated, step-by-step response workflows, with real-time collaboration tools for coordinating responses across internal teams and external partners. Mission Control also captures every step of the response process for after-action review, audit and continuous improvement of SOPs.
