HiPerWare

HiPerWare is an IIoT platform that collects high-frequency operational and energy data through proprietary hardware and third-party system APIs. It links that data to BIM models, 360-degree panoramas and engineering schematics to form a digital twin of each building. Machine learning models establish baseline energy consumption patterns, detect anomalies and propose how to classify them. An LLM interface lets users query the underlying data. Energy performance is benchmarked using a Dynamic EPC methodology based on measured consumption. The platform can be deployed on premises or in the public cloud. It does not provide what-if, retrofit or climate scenario simulation. It can supply BIM and historical operational data to external simulation tools.
