LeoLake is HSECai's curated risk and compliance data layer, available as part of the HSECai platform or standalone. It gives organizations a proven, pre-built foundation of EHS and compliance content — so teams start from an established baseline rather than an empty system. LeoLake comprises a curated risk catalog and a parsed compliance catalog. The risk catalog provides ready-to-tailor bowties, JHAs, and PHAs (what-if and HAZOP) covering operational and process-safety hazards for high-hazard industries. The compliance catalog parses regulatory instruments to the clause — 172,469 conditions across 21,333 parts of 177 acts, regulations, statutes and codes spanning 69 jurisdictions — classifying each obligation, permission and recommendation (must, shall, may, should) and sourcing it verbatim from the regulator. Within the HSECai platform, LeoLake feeds the risk registers and populates the compliance calendar directly, so obligations, due dates and upcoming requirements are tracked from day one. It also grounds Leo, HSECai's AI assistant, which retrieves from LeoLake and cites its sources — ensuring AI answers on risk and compliance are traceable to authoritative content. The catalog is continuously maintained and expanding, and can be configured to a customer's specific jurisdictions and operations on request.
