JLL's Sustainability Services and ESG practice delivers building decarbonization services. The team provides end-to-end services to real estate investors, occupiers, lenders and developers, spanning net zero strategy and scope definition, portfolio decarbonisation pathway modelling, asset-level net zero audits and retrofit design, energy auditing and BMS optimisation, renewable energy procurement and PPAs, green leasing, sustainability program management, building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, WELL) and ESG and climate risk advisory. JLL has developed a proprietary technology stack to support these services, including Carbon Pathfinder (decarbonisation pathway prioritisation), JLL Canopy (sustainability data collection and reporting platform) and JLL Hank (AI-driven autonomous BMS optimisation)
