Navigate is Measurabl's portfolio sustainability data platform, built for real estate owners and investors managing data across more than 22 billion square feet worldwide. Automated utility integrations and machine-learning quality checks produce an audit-ready dataset, which feeds disclosure reporting and benchmarking. The platform's Decarb module then models the energy, carbon and financial impact of planned projects over time. It compares a status quo pathway against the action plan and tests progress against building performance standards and CRREM targets. As a result, portfolio managers can prioritise capital spend on the assets where it makes the biggest difference.
