MRI ManhattanONE is MRI Software's CPIP/IWMS, designed for real estate occupiers managing complex, geographically distributed portfolios. The product originated with Manhattan Software - a long-standing IWMS provider acquired by MRI in 2014 - and is positioned as the workplace and corporate real estate offering within MRI's broader real estate software portfolio. ManhattanONE unifies decision support, financials, transactions, leasing, lease compliance (IFRS 16 and ASC 842), space, room and desk booking, utilisation, projects, facilities maintenance and sustainability within a single suite, with mobile apps and an open architecture supporting integration with ERP, BMS and IoT data sources.
