Sunbird dcTrack is the company's flagship DCIM operations platform, and its primary solution for data centre maintenance management. dcTrack provides data centre asset management, business intelligence, and visual mapping to manage placement of IT equipment, support capacity management decisions, and track assets across global footprints. It can be deployed as a standalone DCIM operations solution or combined with Sunbird's Power IQ DCIM Monitoring software for power, energy, environment, and cabinet security monitoring. The solution's core capabilities span five areas: Asset Management — a single system of record for all physical and virtual assets across data centre floors, covering full audit trails, custom fields, remote access to servers via desktop/telnet/SSH, and bulk import from spreadsheets. Capacity Planning — real-time visibility into space, power, cooling, and network capacity across all sites, with what-if modelling to assess the impact of new deployments or decommissions before changes are made. Change Management — manages, validates, and reports on change requests and work orders, with detailed instructions to remote hands and a complete audit trail, integrating with ITSM tools including ServiceNow, Cherwell, BMC, and Jira. Power & Environmental Monitoring (Power IQ) — monitors health and collects data from all facility objects including CRACs, UPS, floor PDUs, remote power panels, rack PDUs, branch circuit meters, and sensors, supporting multi-vendor environments across APC, Eaton, Schneider Electric, Raritan, and others. Integration & Connectivity — the UniversalConnector G2 feature provides bidirectional real-time integration between dcTrack and multiple systems including ServiceNow, Cisco ACI, and Equinix SmartView, enabling synchronisation of assets and attributes across systems
