V7 Go is an AI workflow automation platform that applies foundation models to multimodal data — including PDFs, spreadsheets, images, and financial statements — to automate complex, document-heavy investment workflows. For real estate specifically, it is used to automate OM data extraction and deal screening, lease abstraction, cash flow model population in Excel or ARGUS, due diligence review of environmental reports and title commitments, IC memo generation, and portfolio reporting.
