Accruent

Founded in 1995, US-headquartered Accruent is a provider of real estate, facilities and asset management software solutions, with over 1,000 staff dedicated to its IWMS suite. Accruent has over 10,000 customers using solutions from its product suite, which includes software for corporates, as well as industry-specific software solutions, such as TMS CMMS for healthcare, and industrial solutions such as its Maintenance Connection CMMS and Meridian engineering document management solution. The various software products can be used by customers on a standalone basis to address targeted needs or combined through software connectors. Accruent became part of industrial technology solutions giant Fortive when it was acquired in July 2018.
