Berthold Technologies is a privately held German technology company, operating from Bad Wildbad in the Black Forest since 1949, with sales and service subsidiaries worldwide. It has three business areas: Process Control (non-contacting radiometric and microwave measurement of level, density, concentration, bulk flow and moisture, plus radiation sources, shields and detectors), Bioanalytics (microplate readers, luminometers, HPLC radio detectors, in vivo imaging systems, consumables) and Radiation Protection (detection of radioactive contamination, dose rate and portal monitors).
