In 2022 Brightly was acquired by Siemens for $1.6 billion and now operates across the conglomerate, aligning with broader initiatives around digital building operations. The acquisition has expanded Brightly’s global presence and accelerated investment in its asset lifecycle and operational technology capabilities.
