Clean Harbors is North America's leading provider of environmental and industrial services, serving a majority of Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. Its Environmental Services segment offers end-to-end hazardous and non-hazardous waste management (collection, packaging, transportation, recycling, treatment and disposal at company-owned incinerators, landfills and wastewater facilities), plus industrial and field services, emergency spill response, hydro excavation and oil, gas and lodging services. Through its Safety-Kleen subsidiary and the Safety-Kleen Sustainability Solutions segment it is the largest re-refiner and recycler of used oil, provides parts washers and environmental services, and sells recycled base oils and lubricants (Kleen Performance Products). It also owns HPC Industrial (formerly HydroChemPSC) and Service Chemical. Founded in 1980, it operates in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
