Correntics was founded in 2021 in Zürich (Switzerland) by experts in natural-catastrophe modelling, climate science and geospatial data engineering. Our heritage is in quantitative climate science and hazard modeling with previous expertise in the reinsurance industry. Our primary expertise is translating physical climate hazards (acute and chronic) into asset-, portfolio- and supply-chain-level financial risk intelligence, combined with operational early warning systems for weather and climate extremes.
