Datakit

Datakit is a French independent software company, a pioneer in 2D and 3D CAD interoperability since 1994. It develops and sells CAD file conversion and data extraction technology: stand-alone converters (CrossManager), plug-ins for SOLIDWORKS and Rhino (CrossCad/Plug-in), and SDKs for software publishers (CrossCad/Ware). Its tools read and write over 50 native and neutral formats, including geometry, PMI and metadata, and are integrated into hundreds of 3D engineering applications. The company is employee-owned (SCOP) and takes part in STEP standardisation work.
