Founded in 1995, Enterprise Health is a dedicated OH management software provider headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The firm originally focused on building a health information exchange, which established an electronic network to connect hospitals, doctors and other healthcare providers. Since then, Enterprise Health has developed an OH platform with functionality that covers medical surveillance, injury and illness case management, clinical care, employee engagement and immunization management. Enterprise Health software is configurable, to support a wide range of regulatory compliance, clinical care, health and wellness and disease management use cases. The firm currently employs around 100 staff and serves a wide customer base concentrated in the US.
