Founded in 2022, Eptura is a privately held workplace‑technology firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The company was formed through the merger of Condeco, SpaceIQ, and iOffice, and provides an integrated 'worktech' platform used to manage workplaces, building operations, and physical assets. The Eptura platform has four main functional areas: Workplace for core IWMS functionality, Employee Experience for employee-centred processes, Visitor, and Asset, which covers asset management scenarios for both industrial and non-industrial facilities.
