INOSIM GmbH is a Dortmund-based provider of discrete event process simulation software and services for the process industry (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, food & beverage, steel). Its portfolio includes the INOSIM Insight simulation suite with add-ons, the INOSIM Foresight platform for simulation-based real-time predictive decision support, and consulting services covering training, support and full simulation projects. Founded in 2003 by Peter Balling, it has since 2024 partnered with Austrian engineering provider ZETA for sales and marketing, with international presence in the USA and India.
