Milsoft Utility Solutions is an Abilene, Texas-based software company serving electric utilities since 1989. It offers engineering analysis (WindMil) software for distribution circuit modeling, outage management systems, GIS and field engineering (staking), communications and IVR automated customer services, and the FieldSyte mobile platform. Following the 2019 acquisition of Daffron and Associates, it also provides enterprise accounting and billing with CIS, work management and financial management systems. Its software is used by over 1000 utilities, municipalities, consulting firms and universities worldwide.
