Moonvalley is an imagination research company building Marey, a production-grade generative AI video model designed for professional filmmakers and creative teams. The company brings together AI researchers (from DeepMind, Meta, and other leading labs), professional filmmakers, and product experts to develop commercially safe, filmmaker-centric generative video technology. Moonvalley also operates Asteria, an in-house studio of over 30 filmmakers and animators working at the intersection of AI and cinema. Its mission is to transform media production by giving creative professionals granular control over AI-generated video outputs, enabling studio-quality work without studio-scale budgets.
