Nantum AI, previously named Prescriptive Data, is an integrated energy platform that empowers buildings with actionable building insights and automation. Real estate management firm Rudin Management developed technology to act as a centralized 'building operating system', subsequently creating Nantum AI as a separate business in 2016. Nantum AI uses the platform to arm asset and sustainability managers and building operators with insights to drive energy efficiencies and better occupant experiences. The system leverages advanced analytics, including ML/AI, to identify problem conditions, offer prescriptive recommendations and initiate automations. Nantum AI works closely with customers, offering professional services to aid implementation and ongoing adaptation of the system.
