OctaiPipe

Founded in 2016 in the United Kingdom, OctaiPipe is a data centre software company specialising in AI‑driven energy optimisation for critical infrastructure environments. The company provides a collaborative, on‑premise artificial intelligence platform designed to optimise data centre cooling systems by analysing real‑time and historical operational data, generating predictive insights, and delivering actionable recommendations that improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainability goals. Its solution leverages advanced techniques such as federated learning, digital twin modelling, and multi‑agent optimisation to enhance cooling performance and improve key metrics such as PUE without requiring changes to existing infrastructure. OctaiPipe primarily serves data centre operators, hyperscalers, and colocation providers, helping them address rising energy demands, regulatory pressures, and operational complexity while positioning itself as a specialist AI optimisation layer within the broader data centre management ecosystem.
