OSCAR

OSCAR (Open Source tools for Climate Adaptation & Resilience) is a nonprofit organization that provides a free, open-source platform of climate adaptation and resilience tools for governments, organizations supporting them, and civil society. The suite covers physical and transition risk assessment, identification of priority adaptation options, finance-ready planning and proposals, and multi-scenario simulation, integrating geospatial, economic and asset-level data. It is built on open-source code contributed through OS-Climate and partners. A sister nonprofit, Stichting OSCAR, was established in the Netherlands.
