OTECSA Consulting is an independent process safety and HSE consultancy founded in 2018 by Owen Llanwarne and headquartered in Glasgow, Scotland, with offices across Scotland and in Cornwall. It provides process safety engineering (HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA/SIL, DSEAR and Hazardous Area Classification), process safety management, COMAH compliance support, HSE consulting and auditing, environmental engineering, and customised training including an LMS. Clients span chemicals, pharmaceuticals, distilled spirits, petrochemicals, renewables, energy from waste and manufacturing across the UK, Europe and beyond.
