Prometheus Group

Prometheus Group, historically an EAM software solutions provider, was founded in 1998 and acquired by private equity firm Genstar Capital in 2019, with Advent International and Leonard Green & Partners adding a significant strategic investment in 2024. The vendor officially entered the APM space following the acquisition of PdM solution provider Atonix Digital in 2023. The firm also offers capabilities across process safety management; contractor management; shutdown, turnaround and outages; project management; and control of work. Unified under a single platform architecture, Prometheus offers condition monitoring and predictive analytics capabilities for firms in the chemicals, oil and gas, and power utilities sectors.
