QEI (founded in 1960 as Quindar Electronics Incorporated) is a Springfield, New Jersey automation company offering hardware, software and services for utility, transportation (rail transit), water/wastewater, gas and renewable energy customers. Its portfolio includes SCADA software (QSCADA, QVISION), the QConnect ADMS platform, remote terminal units, data concentrators, capacitor controllers, power monitoring, distributed I/O, integrated control houses and custom control panels, plus engineering, field, training and support services. It is ISO certified and was acquired by HC Private Investments in 2024.
