Rakuten Symphony is the telecom technology arm of Rakuten Group, offering cloud-native, Open RAN and AI-driven solutions for telecom operators and enterprises. Its portfolio spans Open RAN, a Kubernetes-based telecom cloud, autonomous OSS (site management, intelligent operations, AI-Telecom), and enterprise private 5G networks, built on experience from operating Rakuten Mobile's fully virtualized network. It has operations in Japan, the United States, Singapore, India, South Korea, Europe and the Middle East and Africa.
