Scale Microgrids

Scale Microgrids is a leading vertically integrated developer, acquirer, owner, and operator of microgrids and distributed energy resources with a portfolio of >200 MWs of operating and in-construction assets, with another 2.5 GWs of near-term pipeline. In January 2025 it announced its acquisition by Swedish global investment organization EQT, as part of the latter’s transition infrastructure strategy.
