
Founded as Glidesoft in 2003, the firm was renamed ServiceNow in 2006. An enterprise software provider from the offset, ServiceNow provides a platform-as-a-service covering a range of use cases across IT services, risk management and field service management. In 2022, ServiceNow announced the release of Tokyo, a major overhaul of the Now Platform. The update included an EAM suite, available as an optional module, which ServiceNow delivers to clients across utilities and manufacturing.
