SustainLab is a SaaS ESG data platform built for mid-market companies navigating sustainability reporting across CSRD, ESRS, VSME, and the GHG Protocol. Founded in Stockholm in 2020, the platform focuses on data quality, traceability, and structured collection from multiple sources, rather than reporting output alone. The platform centralises ESG data in a single layer with full audit trail, role-based access, and file storage. Data can be ingested through manual input, file uploads, direct system integrations, or a reporter network that delegates data collection to the people and suppliers who hold the data in practice. KPIs can be built using framework-aligned standards or configured as custom metrics, and dashboards provide real-time visibility into ESG performance across business units. SustainLab pairs every customer with a dedicated sustainability expert who supports data strategy, collection setup, and regulatory interpretation from onboarding through ongoing reporting cycles.
