SYNAOS is a software company founded in 2018 in Hanover, Germany that develops a cloud-native Intralogistics Platform to orchestrate mobile robots (AGVs/AMRs), manual forklifts and people across the entire material flow. Its offering covers vendor-agnostic mobile robot fleet management based on VDA 5050, forklift guidance, real-time localization, warehouse execution and buffer/inventory management, digital twin and simulation, plus services and consulting. It serves industrial and automotive customers such as Schaeffler, Volkswagen Nutzfahrzeuge and ZF, has around 100 employees, and offices in Hanover and Detroit.
