Unravel Biosciences is a Medford, Massachusetts biotechnology company, spun out of technology developed at the Wyss Institute at Harvard, that calls itself 'the Predictable Medicine company'. It uses an AI and systems-biology platform (BioNAV) built on patient RNA data to create Living Molecular Twins, digital twins of patients' biological networks, for drug discovery, repurposing, patient stratification and clinical translation. It also runs the rareSHIFT program (home RNA collection and partnered discovery for rare disease foundations, families and institutions), the SquishyWare in vivo tadpole screening platform, and its own therapeutics pipeline, including RVL-001 (vorinostat) for Rett syndrome, which has FDA Orphan Drug Designation.
