Vigilent is an Oakland, California-based provider of AI-driven software and services that improve the operational assurance, value and sustainability of mission-critical facility portfolios. Its platform monitors data center infrastructure and uses machine learning to autonomously optimize cooling (data hall and chiller plant), with portfolio analytics, optional wireless IoT sensors and remote copilot and support services. Customers include colocation, hyperscale, enterprise, telecom and government operators, and the technology also extends to HVAC in commercial buildings and institutional campuses.
