zLink is a unified facilities management platform, built by facilities experts and powered by AI, that replaces legacy IWMS with one system for maintenance, space, and condition assessment. zLink is specifically designed to help manage large & complex real estate portfolios. The platform supports configurable workflow, real estate portfolios across different sites, states, and countries, as well as large scale document and data storage. Key functionality includes work order management including preventative maintenance scheduling, asset management, space management, condition assessment, inventory tracking, drawing & document storage, lease management CAD, BIM, fleet management, move management, department budget tracking, dashboards & reporting, and AI based chat based assistant and document storage. zLink has an open API which is available on our website. The platform works seamlessly across mobile, tablet, and desktop, and has a modern -easy to use UX. The platform is Fedramp certified. The zLink Platform is supported by a 100+ person engineering team, and we are actively shipping product improvements and updates. zLink has dedicated services teams to support platform customers. Services include CAD conversion, CAD document editing, Drawing organization, and Custom Workflow / Reporting setup.
