ARGUS Enterprise is the commercial real estate industry's standard software for property-level valuation, cash flow forecasting, and asset management. Used by investors, asset managers, lenders, and advisors, it enables users to model lease-by-lease cash flows, run acquisition and disposition analyses, stress-test assumptions, and produce auditable valuations across a portfolio. It is sold as a SaaS subscription and serves as the underlying calculation engine within Altus Group's broader ARGUS Intelligence platform.
