It is built around ARGUS Enterprise — the industry-standard software for commercial property valuation, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting — and extends it with portfolio-level analytics, scenario analysis, and benchmarking The platform is structured around three layers: ARGUS Enterprise — the core engine for property-level valuation, cash flow modeling, and budgeting Altus Group ARGUS Intelligence Platform — a connected layer that simplifies workflows, aggregates data across assets and portfolios, and surfaces insights across the full CRE lifecycle, including portfolio manager and benchmark manager functionality Altus Group ARGUS Assist — a conversational AI interface built directly into the platform for agentic, workflow-driven interactions It is used primarily by CRE investors, developers, lenders, and advisors to manage risk and improve performance returns across the asset and fund lifecycle.
