Fexillon Twin is a cloud-based digital twin that combines live data from BMS, electrical power monitoring systems, third-party sensors and solar gateways with the building's asset registry. The result is a real-time and historical view of how energy moves through each system and zone. Separate modules cover spaces, air, water, energy and assets. A Fusion layer cross-references these streams, for example relating air quality and occupancy to energy use, to reveal inefficiencies that a single dataset would hide. Baselines are built from recorded historical data and support anomaly detection, solar generation forecasting and post-implementation verification. Feedback to control systems allows semi-automated optimisation. The platform is geared towards visualising and monitoring performance rather than simulating scenarios, and Fexillon does not yet offer what-if or retrofit modelling.
