Fexillon

Fexillon is a Dublin-based digital asset management firm founded in 1998 by George Harold and Kieran Beggan. It traded as Integrated Facilities Solutions until it rebranded in 2021. For most of its history, Fexillon helped owner-operators capture and validate building information as projects move from design and construction into facilities management. That background explains its focus today on digital twins for data centres and commercial real estate. It has built on a technology partnership with Microsoft and in 2024 opened a US office in Charleston, South Carolina, to support its North American expansion.
