DesignBuilder

DesignBuilder is a Windows-based interface for the EnergyPlus simulation engine, used by around 7,000 engineering consultancies and building owners to model energy, comfort and carbon from early design through to compliance. Its parametric and optimisation tools test thousands of retrofit combinations, while calibration features aligned with IPMVP and CIBSE TM63 turn design models into as-built baselines for measurement and verification.
