Excellerant (Excellerant, Inc.) is a Connecticut-based provider of machine tool networking, DNC software, CNC machine monitoring and an IIoT/Industry 4.0 platform for manufacturers. Its server-centralized platform connects new and legacy CNC machines, PLCs and other shop-floor equipment, delivers real-time machine data, OEE, downtime tracking, job tracking and chat, and synchronizes data bidirectionally with ERP and MES systems. Rooted in Macdac Engineering (1991) and the pioneer of the first wireless DNC connection (2001), it also supplies the supporting connectivity hardware and serves aerospace, defense and medical manufacturers across the United States and Canada.
